Contact Persons and Responsibilities

The team of the Human Resources Competence Center consists of the department's specialists. We address cross-departmental topics in three specialist areas and are the people to contact for fundamental issues and labor law, digitalization in Human Resources management and travel expenses. We collaborate closely with the other sections in Division 3 - Human Resources.

Subject Area Fundamental Issues and Labor Law

The team of the subject area "Fundamental Issues and Labor Law" deals with fundamental questions and problems in the area of human resources. We tackle difficult individual cases in cooperation with the other sections in the division and develop both tailor-made individual solutions and workable standards for more common constellations, which can subsequently be applied in the division and beyond.

Subject Area Digitalization

The colleagues in the subject area "Digitalization" are the contacts for the digital transformation of Division 3 - Human Resources at the University of Bonn. We are the specialists for digitalization and project management in the division and are establishing a database-driven reporting system. Subject Area Travel Expenses

The team of the subject area "Travel Expenses" consists of the department's experts on the subject of business trips and travel self-services and answers all questions relating to the processing and accounting of these trips.
