Do you need help? Here is an overview of the most important emergency contacts inside and outside the University of Bonn.
General Emergencies
Each emergency call should contain the following information:
- Where? Exact location: building, floor, room
- What? For example is it a fire, accident, a person is hurt, etc.
- How many persons are hurt or affected?
- What type of injury or illness can you describe?
- Who is present or making the call?
- Wait for questions from the operator before hanging up!

Damage to technology, infrastructure or buildings

If you have problems with water, electricity, heating, or air conditioning, Technical Services will be happy to help Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3:30 pm: +49 228 73-7600
