RessourcenStark durchs Studium (Push through Your Studies)
The “RessourcenStark durchs Studium” (“Push through Your Studies”) series of workshops is designed to help you grow your skills and abilities over the long term and strengthen your resources, ensuring that your time as a student is successful and focused on your health.
When putting together our new workshops and coaching sessions, we focused on the topics that students have mentioned in consultations and surveys as being particularly important for successful studying and their own personal circumstances. The events will be held both during lecture periods and in semester breaks, and all of them will be led by trainers with a wealth of experience in psychology and/or teaching. Needless to say, they are free of charge for University of Bonn students.

Most workshops and coaching sessions are only offered in German.
