Agile and Traditional Project Management

A workshop offered by the Human Resources Development

The application of project management methodology is a critical success factor for projects in university environments as well as outside. In this training you will obtain a good understanding of project management methodologies, both traditional and agile, and will understand the differences between the two approaches. You learn how to apply relevant project management techniques to your own research or to other projects and learn how to cope with specific challenges in individual project situations.

The training will be completed by an online follow-up session after the training in order to give you support during the transfer phase.
