Forever Uni Bonn - 20 years of Unifest

Under the motto #foreverunibonn, we warmly invite you to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Unifest with us! Directly after Unifest 2025, our big anniversary party will begin at 15:30 - and the best thing is: Everyone can join in the celebrations and entry is free!

You can look forward to a diverse program: Hands-on activities for young and old, atmospheric live music, a joint sing-along and a DJ who will make sure you're in a great mood. Culinary highlights from the region round off the experience. Celebrate with us until 22:00 and round off the evening in a fun atmosphere.

Approach

By bus and train

Local transport (S/RB/RE)
If you arrive by local train, we recommend that you travel to Bonn main station. From there you can reach the main building of the university and the Hofgartenwiese on foot in a few minutes.

Underground/tram
The “Universität/Markt” stop is located directly at the Hofgartenwiese. Lines 16, 63, 66, 67 and 68 stop here.

By bus
If you are traveling by bus, we recommend taking the bus to Bonn main station. From there you can reach the main building of the university and the Hofgartenwiese in a few minutes on foot. Lines 537, 540, 550, 551, 600, 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, 606, 607, 608, 609, 610, 611, 640, 800, 845, SB55, SB60 and SB69 stop here.

Long-distance traffic (IC/ICE)
If you are traveling by long-distance train, your destination is Bonn main station or the ICE station Siegburg/Bonn. From Siegburg/Bonn it takes about 25 minutes with line 66 (direction Königswinter or Bad Honnef) to the stop “Universität/Markt”, which is located directly at the Hofgartenwiese.
Line 66 departs every 10 minutes from platforms 11 and 12.

By car

Parking facilities

The “Unigarage”, an underground parking garage located below the Hofgartenwiese, offers inexpensive parking spaces with direct access to the Hofgarten and an entrance on Stockenstraße. There are also other parking garages in the immediate vicinity within walking distance of the Hofgarten.
