2023/24 funding period
The Deutschlandstipendium scholarship at the University of Bonn celebrates its tenth anniversary in the 2023/24 funding year. A total of 220 scholarships were awarded at the start of the funding period on October 1, 2023. We are delighted to have been able to get the new funding year off to such a successful start thanks to the support of our many sponsors.
This page has details of all the activities associated with the funding period and the anniversary year.
Ten years of the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship at the University of Bonn
It all began at the University of Bonn back in the 2013/14 winter semester, when we had the opportunity to provide financial support to 45 students through the scholarship. Since then, we have succeeded in attracting further dedicated sponsors and thus achieved a steady increase in the number of scholarships awarded. Overall, around €2 million has been donated and 1,312 scholarships funded since the program was introduced.
This is an achievement for which all our sponsors deserve our most heartfelt thanks.
We would like to thank all our sponsors, particularly on behalf of the scholarship recipients, for their generous support in the 2023/24 funding period!
