Extensions for the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship
You received a Deutschlandstipendium scholarship at the University of Bonn for the 2023/24 funding period and would like to apply for an extension? Here you can find information on what evidence and qualifications you will need in order to apply.
You can find the applications server via the following link: https://bewerbung.dstip.de/uni-bonn.
You can use your login details for the applications server to access your documents from previous years and apply for an extension.
Deadlines
Only applications uploaded to the applications server by May 22, 2024 will be considered.
Application requirements
Documents and qualifications required for extensions
Only application including all required documents can be considered!
Required:
- Declaration of participation (to be found on the application server)
- Letter of motivation (a guide to writing letters of motivation can be found in the FAQs)
- Certificate of enrollment
- University entrance qualification
- Full transcript of records covering your studies to date (extract from BASIS)
Voluntary supporting documents:
- Curriculum vitae in table form
- Credentials (vocational certificates, job references)
- References and certificates from internships and part-time jobs
- Proof of voluntary/social engagement, particular skills, awards, prizes, stays abroad, etc. (engagement can only be counted if proof is provided)
- Application for funding beyond the standard period of study (see Important downloads)
