When you inquire for and set an appointment, the following personal data is collected and processed:

Email address
Your study subject/field
Nature of your inquiry (optional)
Phone number
The above data are collected in the process of scheduling and setting an appointment, and for subsequent communication with service users.
The Central Study Advisory and Counseling Service and terminland.de store these data for the duration of activities in fulfillment of the stated data collection purpose, exclusively permitting their viewing by authorized persons. The data are automatically deleted when no longer required for the stated purpose.
User rights
The undersigned is entitled to revoke previously granted consent at any time with non-retroactive effect, without stating any reasons. The data collected may furthermore be corrected, erased or their collection restricted, as required. Detailed information regarding the scope of data collected and stored may be obtained from the address below. The undersigned may also demand transfer of their data to a third party if desired. In case of a data breach, a complaint may be filed with the supervisory authority.
Voluntary consent and consequences of refusal to sign
Consent to data processing is given on a voluntary basis. The undersigned is entitled to refuse signature of this declaration of consent. The collection and processing of data is necessary for the aforementioned purpose; therefore, the corresponding services cannot be used in such case.
