Strengthened for stressful times
Irritability, tension and a mad rush—stress often attracts negative associations. But does that need to be the case?
Stress is ever-present in our day-to-day work. Yet excessive or permanent stress can be harmful to our health. Our trainer will help you to see stress in a new and beneficial light. You will get to know your personal stress triggers and amplifiers and will be given anti-stress strategies to fight against it. You will be empowered to handle the major and minor stressors of daily (working) life and tackle stressful situations with renewed strength.
