Examinations? No Problem! (Say Goodbye to Anxiety)
The stress, pressure and anxiety caused by examinations are often challenging. However, there are many things that you can do to learn to face an examination more calmly. This workshop introduces a range of techniques which help you recognize and understand stress and examination nerves and manage feelings of anxiety and tension. As well as learning about the principles of proactive revision, you will also acquire a range of helpful behaviors to apply in examination situations.

- The characteristics of the examination situation
- Staying calm
- Developing and defining goals for examination situations
- Confronting anxiety and developing strategies for dealing with it:
- Relaxation techniques and putting an end to worry to enable successful revision
- First aid with blackouts and emergency strategies
This practical workshop introduces a range of exercises that enable you to develop a more relaxed approach to examinations and presents techniques that help you cope with even acute stress. All with the aim of helping you be your best self during the examination!
