I am an expert on cosmological studies to map the large-scale distribution of
matter using the most massive objects of our Universe, galaxy clusters.
I mostly work with extragalactic surveys in the X-ray waveband where galaxy
clusters emit due to the hot and difuse gas that they contain.
Among my particular focuses are the signal processing methods to uncover and
characterize galaxy clusters in such data, the additional information carried by
supporting multi-wavelength data, the physical properties of galaxy clusters and
the statistical methods required to extract cosmological information from them.
