The burden of proof based on the observational data that the standard model of cosmology does not represent the observed Universe correctly is overwhelming (Kroupa et al. 2010; Peebles & Nusser 2010; Kroupa 2012; Kroupa, Pawlowski & Milgrom 2012; Kroupa 2015; Di Valentino, Melchiorri & Silk 2020a,b; Haslbauer, Banik & Kroupa 2020; Asencio, Banik & Kroupa 2021; Haslbauer et al. 2022). The falsification of the dark-matter models has reached a significance of more than 7sigma, and covers all cosmological scales. My international group and I will develop a new cosmological model of structure formation based on the regularities of the observed galaxies and their star formation histories. The most important steps have already been successfully achieved and we will be able to simulate the formation of galaxies, galaxy clusters and larger structures self-consistently using supercomputers.
