I completed my Ph.D in Australia in 2019, under the supervision of Prof. Rajiv Khanna. During my Ph.D I worked on understanding how methods of expanding T-cells for adoptive T-cell immunotherapy shape the resultant therapeutic product. In the course of this work, I used next-gen sequencing technologies and explored bioinformatics. Following my Ph.D I moved to the lab of Prof. Tobias Bald. Where I shifted focus to NK cells and particularly understanding how NK cells are altered in the tumour microenvironment. Specifically, I have been investigating NK cell plasticity and how this impacts NK cell-based immunotherapy. Additionally, I have been involved in a number of scRNAseq projects and am excited to explore lineage tracing technologies.
