Efficient Collaboration and Communication in International and Transdisciplinary Teams
A workshop offered by the Human Resources Development
In this workshop, you will reflect on the most important communication and interaction foundations in order to work together successfully in an international, inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration. How to enrich a project through the diverse disciplines and perspectives, how to recognize potential conflicts early on and how to deal with them in a constructive way.
Insights from neuroscience, positive organizational psychology, cross-cultural management and psychology of communication round up the reflection sessions, interactive exercises, group work and discussion.
