Description
Join our two-day workshop to enhance your job application skills for a successful career move in academia.
Day 1 (In-Person Workshop): Learn essential strategies for analysing job descriptions, crafting a compelling CV and cover letter, and showcasing your strengths effectively.
Day 2 (Online Coaching): Receive personalised, one-on-one feedback to fine-tune your application materials. The coaching will be conducted online via Zoom.
Bring your CV and, if possible, a job description of a position you are targeting.

- Understand Key Job Application Tools and Techniques: Gain knowledge of strategies and resources that can enhance your academic job applications.
- Interpret Job Descriptions Effectively: Learn how to analyse and understand job descriptions to tailor your application to specific roles.
- Create a Persuasive CV and Cover Letter: Develop skills in crafting a strong CV and cover letter that highlight your qualifications.
- Identify and Showcase Your Strengths and Accomplishments: Learn how to recognise your key strengths and achievements and present them effectively in your application.
- Receive Personalised Feedback: Benefit from tailored, one-on-one coaching to refine your application materials and improve your chances of success.
