Description
Effective leadership in research environments requires more than just technical expertise. This workshop is designed to equip you, as doctoral students, with essential interpersonal skills to lead project teams effectively. You will explore the dynamics of team interactions, develop strategies to enhance communication, and learn how to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Understand the core principles of leadership and their application in a research context
- Develope advanced interpersonal skills to improve team cohesion and communication
- Learn techniques to effectively manage and motivate diverse project teams
- Enhance conflict resolution skills to address and resolve team issues proactively
