Description
Professional and institutional differences, departmental competition, or disputes over resources can create challenging dynamics. However, with fundamental discussion strategies and facilitation techniques, you can engage and persuade others, build alliances, navigate meetings skillfully, and de-escalate conflicts.
This interactive workshop will help you reflect on your personal communication style and behavioral patterns. Through practical exercises and role-plays, you will explore proven facilitation techniques—including strategies for conflict resolution—and practice applying them effectively.
