Description
This workshop offers you an introduction to science communication as well as to the usage of generative AI tools. You will learn the fundamentals of using AI tools, developing communication formats and applying generative AI tools in the context of science communication.
Content
- Goals and formats of science communication
- Guidelines and best practices for the use of AI in science communication
- Formulating communication goals
- Introduction to selected generative AI tools, including an overview of their functionalities, capabilities and limitations
- Fundamentals of prompt engineering
- AI-assisted target audience analysis and content planning
- Content creation with AI-based tools
