Presenting and expressing yourself in talks and presentations I

These workshops are aimed at international Bachelor’s/ State Exam students.

This is a two-day workshop (November 06 and 13). The workshop will enable you to present yourself in German in about 5–10 minutes. In your presentations, you can introduce your home country, your personal career, your studies and your professional plans. You can do this in “free” presentations, with the help of PowerPoint or by using the online whiteboard. In addition, there are further short exercises with impromptu speeches. Other content addressed in the workshop will be:

- Basics of successful presentations: Structure from the introduction to the end
- Authentic delivery is more important than perfect staging
- Present interactively and discuss confidently with your audience
- How to add power to your PowerPoint slides
