The winter issue of forsch is now available! A detailed feature summarizes the commitment of employees and the university after the heavy rain disaster in the summer: How did people experienced the flood, which helping hands removed mud from homes and streets, and how did employees donate a portion of their salary and support each other.
One focus of the issue gathers examples of connectivity: How is virtual reality used in teaching, the connections between media makers and students, and how Maya researchers are brought together within a project. In addition, the issue focuses on sustainability: the new Prorectorate for Sustainability takes care of linking all actors at the university working on the topic of sustainability and fair trade.
The entire issue is available digitally at uni-bonn.de/forsch. In addition, a flipbook and a PDF are provided. A new service is the german "forsch gelesen" podcast: You can listen to selected articles from forsch conveniently on the go or at home. The podcasts are available on many platforms. You can also listen to the episodes on the overview page.
In print form, the forsch is available at many locations throughout the university. Employees can subscribe to it at https://www.intranet.uni-bonn.de/organisation/verwaltung/dez-8/ihr-forsch-abonnement.
We hope you enjoy this issue!
