The group consultation will be held via Zoom. If this will be your first time using Zoom, you will need to install the Zoom client on your device (laptop, PC, tablet, smartphone). Please install the client in good time before the consultation starts. You can do this at any time, regardless of when the consultation is taking place. To install the Zoom client, please click on the link that we have emailed you and follow the instructions in your browser.
To join the consultation, click on the link in the email shortly before it is due to start and enter your meeting ID and password. You may need to wait briefly before being “let in.”
There is no need to register in advance, so you can decide there and then if you want to take part.
- You will definitely need speakers and headphones.
- You will require a camera if you want to use video.
- A microphone is useful for asking questions, although you can also use the chat function for this.
- Please be on time.
- Check that your speakers/headphones and, if applicable, your camera and microphone are working beforehand (test your audio and video).
- Zoom lets you turn your microphone and camera on and off. Please keep your microphone switched off when you are not speaking to avoid any distracting background noise.
These recommendations provide you with a short overview on sensible measures for protecting your data and third-party personal data to the greatest extent possible.
