Self-Motivation - Finding Your Inner Drive
“I wish I were more motivated!” Working alone often makes it difficult to get things done, especially when studying. If this sounds familiar to you, then this workshop is the right place for you! Taking a hands-on approach, the workshop introduces a range of practical exercises which help you maximize your motivation and enjoy your studies. Three modules bring participants together at intervals of several weeks so that you can proceed in a systematic fashion to apply what you have learned in your everyday life. You can take the opportunity to practice these approaches between the meetings and even meet in small groups.
