The University of Bonn’s iStart program was created with the support of the DAAD’s “NRWege Leuchttürme” grant program at the International Office. It seeks to prepare international students, including those with a refugee background, as effectively as possible for the German job market and their career start.

iStart events are held in English and facilitate both independent and intensive preparation. If you are interested, you can register for events via eCampus.

Preparation at intensive level in small groups is provided with the support of experienced trainers. Registration is possible via the eCampus course as well, yet spaces are limited. Please note the registration deadlines for each semester.

Thanks to program funding, iStart is free for students.
