Healthy eating services for students

Going to university means making changes — moving out, working part-time and doing your own washing, shopping and cooking. Being busy on a small budget can be stressful — there is often little time or money left for cooking. Saving time on cooking well is always a false economy, as we are what we eat, in terms of both our physical and mental well-being. Hence it is useful to learn about a balanced diet while studying.

We provide regular information about a balanced diet on Facebook and Instagram, as well as providing tasty and easy-to-make but healthy recipes.
