The housing complex Endenicher Allee is located in Poppelsdorf and provides eight furnished three-room apartments for families in which both parents study.

The Dietrich-Bonhoeffer House is a student dormitory run by the Protestant University Congregation. Located in Poppelsdorf, it also provides family apartments.
The application deadlines are usually February 1 and July 31.

Accommodation benefit
Accommodation benefit for students from Germany and EU countries
Accommodation benefit is a state allowance to help pay for rent. Students are only eligible for accommodation benefit if they are not eligible for BAföG. Even if you are eligible for BAföG but are not in receipt of any BaföG payments, you are not eligible for accommodation benefit.
Accommodation benefit for students from non-EU countries
Eligibility
- A valid residence permit
- No receipt of other funding (e.g. a scholarship)
- Able to provide proof that you are not living with your parents over the long-term.
