The Faculties’ Conference 

The seven faculties¹ are headed by a dean or a dean's office. The deans form the faculty conference, which coordinates cross-faculty matters and advises the rectorate² and the university council³ on overarching issues that are of fundamental importance. The chair of the faculty conference is the dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Prof. Dr. Walter Witke.
