Training, coaching, mentoring and networking for assistant and tenure track professors and heads of research groups.
MeTra - Mentoring
Multi-level mentoring and training scheme for researchers from doctoral students to professors.
University Teaching Qualification
Certificate program in the state of NRW geared toward increasing the level of professionalism in teaching.
German as a Second Language
Part-time certificate course qualifying teachers in German as a second language.
International Competence
Certificate for developing and improving international skills in day-to-day work.
Project Management Skills
Training and coaching in project management methods.

Junior Manager Scheme – Phase 7
“Phase 7” is a range of modular advanced training courses for junior managers in administrative roles. It is designed to enable up-and-coming managers to develop their leadership skills, build up a network of colleagues and give individuals guidance on their personal career prospects.

International Competence
As an international research university, the University of Bonn is keen to support its employees with various options for honing their international skills. All staff are thus given the opportunity to obtain a certificate in “International Competence.”
Prerequisites
- Proof of at least B2-level language skills or attendance of a language course
- Participation in an intercultural training session
- Participation in Erasmus Staff Mobility
Project Management Skills
Just starting out as a project manager? Wondering how project management can be done successfully at a university?
